Team

High Performance Gymnastics has competitive gymnastics teams for both boys and girls from Level 2 through Elite.  The gym is equipped with brand new AAI Elite equipment appropriate for proper training at the highest levels.  The equipment includes a full size spring floor, balance beams, uneven bars, pommel horse, ring tower, vault table, parallel bars, horizontal bar, trampoline and ropes.  While most of the meets are local, especially at the beginning levels, those team members that qualify compete at State, Regional and National meets.

We are a training facility for Future Stars, a program sponsored by USAG to foster the development and education of select gymnasts that then become eligible to compete for the Junior National Development Team.
