Class Policies and Procedures

 

Class Sessions

Each class session runs for 10 weeks from September through June. A space in a class is reserved for your child after payment of the tuition and Annual Registration. Your child does not have to start at the beginning of a session; if there is room in the class, your child may start at any time and the tuition will be pro-rated.

• Fall 1: August 29, 2011 – November 5, 2011
• Fall 2: November 7, 2011 – January 21, 2012
• Winter: January 23, 2012 – March 31, 2012
• Spring: April 2nd, 2012 - Jun 9th, 2012
• Summer: June 11th, 2012 - August 18th, 2012

Annual Show

• June 3, 2012

 

Registration

To register for a class, the parent will need to complete and sign the Registration and Waiver Forms and pay the tuition for the class.  If the Annual Registration Fee has not been paid, then the Annual Registration will also need to be paid to register your child.  The Annual Registration is $40 per gymnast or $65 per family.  Classes with less than 3 children may be cancelled.

 

Payments

Tuition for classes is due prior to the child starting the class.  Tuition will be prorated for holidays and is non-refundable once the session has begun.  When registering for a full session, there is a 10% discount on tuition for siblings or for multiple classes in the same session.  A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.

 

Risk Free Introductory Offer for New Students

Love the first class or it’s FREE!! Any new student who is not 100% satisfied will be given a 100% refund of the tuition and Annual Registration.  Offer is for first time students only.  The request must be made in writing within 48 hrs of the first class.  All refunds are mailed.

 

Renewing for the Next Session

Priority Registration for the next session of classes for our current students will continue until two weeks prior to the beginning of the next session.  Payment for the next session during Priority Registration reserves your child’s spot in their class.  Two weeks prior to the beginning of the next session, Open Registration will begin for new students. If payment for the next session has not been made by the beginning of Open Registration, current students may lose their spot in class to new students.

 

Make-Up Policy

Each child is permitted one make-up per session for illness or injury provided the gym is notified IN ADVANCE that the child will miss the class.  The make-up class must be scheduled IN ADVANCE and occur in the same session as the missed class.

 

Gym Closings for Holidays

The gym will be closed for classes for the following holidays and tuition will be prorated.

• Thanksgiving: November 24-25, 2011
• Holiday Break:  December 24, 2011 – January 1, 2012
• Memorial Day:  May 28, 2012
• Independence Day: July 4, 2012
• Labor Day: September 3, 2012
