STEPHEN - Head Coach / Co-Owner |

Stephen has been involved in gymnastics for over 20 years both as a gymnast and a coach. Stephen began his gymnastics career in northern California where he found a home at Top Flight Gymnastics. During his 6 seasons as an Optional Gymnast, Stephen represented the Regional Team every year. He was a US Junior National Team member and a National Champion on the pommel horse. Stephen was Captain of the Men's Gymnastics Team at both University of California at Santa Barbara and at Temple University. Stephen graduated from Temple University with a degree in Liberal Arts. In September 2008, Stephen opened High Performance Gymnastics Training Center where he continues to provide high quality gymnastics instruction. Stephen coaches both recreational and competitive gymnastics and has produced multiple State and Regional champions and a National Team Member. |

ANTHONY - Girls Program Director |

|
Anthony has been involved in gymnastics for over 15 years both as a gymnast and as a coach. Anthony began his gymnastics career in northern California at Top Flight Gymnastics. He was the first ever Future Stars National Champion. Anthony was a 5 time California State Champion, a 6 time Regional Team member, a 3 time Regional Champion and a 5 time US Junior National Team member. In addition, Anthony has placed at multiple national and international competitions. Anthony was a member of the Temple University Gymnastics Team and recently graduated Cum Laude from Temple University with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. Anthony coaches recreational and competitive gymnastics and tumbling for cheerleading. |

MEGAN - Girls Team Coach |

|
Megan has been involved in gymnastics since she was 3 years old. Megan has been coaching recreational gymnastics for 8 years, from preschool to advanced classes. For the past 12 years, she has also been involved in dance, primarily hip hop and jazz. Megan is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Eastern University. Megan coaches recreational gymnastics and directs the Summer Camp. |

Sam has been tumbling and cheerleading for 7 years. She coaches the Mary, Mother of the Redeemer’s Varsity Cheerleading Team and participates in All-Star Cheerleading. Sam coaches recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes. |

WARREN - Class & Team Coach |

|
Warren started gymnastics at 8 years of age at NYSP in Philadelphia and competed throughout his high school years. When he retired from competing he began coaching at NYSP. Warren has been coaching for 14 years. |

ARI - Class & Team Coach |

|
Ari has been involved in gymnastics for 9 years, starting in the sport as an athlete. Ari trained as a Level 10 gymnast before focusing on his coaching career. He was an 8 time Pennsylvania State Champion, 4 time Regional Champion, 4 time member of the Regional Team and won an elite spot on the United States National Team. In addition, Ari was a 4 time Future Stars Regional Champion and a member of the Future Stars National Team for 3 years. He is currently the Boys' Level 3 Head Coach, Boys' Level 4 Assistant Coach and Boys' Recreational class coach. Ari currently attends Central Bucks South High School and is interested in Chemistry and Engineering. |

|
Jerica grew up in Doylestown, Pa. She was a competetive gymnast for the majority of her childhood and was competing as a Level 8 gymnast by the time she was 11 years old. She has traveled as far as Canada to compete in gymnastics meets, and has always enjoyed the sport and dedication it takes to succeed. She won 8th place for Individual All Around in the Girls Level 5 Regionals Competition, and has earned numerous trophies, metals and ribbons throughout her gymnastics career. Along with teaching classes at High Performance, she is a 2008 graduate from AMH Dixon School of Nursing and also works as a Registered Nurse. |

Jenna has always had a love of all sports. At the age of six, Jenna joined Central Bucks Gymnastics Club. Within six months she was asked to become a part of the team. During her years there, she was consistently one of the high scorers in the all around competition. Being in the gym has taught her structure and discipline which has brought her confidence that has helped to create the person she is today. Jenna graduated from Arcadia University with a B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Business Administration. |

Ashley has been involved in gymnastics since she was 3 years old. Starting at Gymnastiques and ending at North Penn Gymnastics as a Level 7 gymnast. In 8th grade she began cheerleading and went into high school managing to make varsity as a freshmen. She is now attending Hatboro-Horsham High School and graduating in 2012. A member of the Dance team at her school and a soccer player for her township her love for sports is constantly growing. Ashley coaches with the hope that young girls grow to love the sport of gymnastics just as much as she does. She now teaches classes like Girls Beginner, Int. 1 and Level 2 team girls. |

Kelly grew up in a karate studio and found herself walking on her hands more than her feet. She started gymnastics at age five and instantly fell in love. She was a level 8 and traveled as far as Wisconsin to compete. Kelly will graduate this May from West Chester University with an Elementary Education degree and a minor in reading. |

Gabby grew up in Randolph, New Jersey. She is now attending Delaware Valley College and is pursuing a degree in English Education. She has been involved with gymnastics since she was 3 and shows an incredible passion for the sport. For the past few years, she has also enjoyed being a captain of her high school's Varsity and Competition Cheerleading teams, as well as a member of the school's dance team. Gabby coaches recreational gymnastics. |

BECKY - Class Coach |

Becky is our newest instructor with 6 years of tumbling experience. She is currently attending Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA and will graduate with a BS in Food Science and Nutrition in 2012. She started tumbling at Star Athletics in Boonton, NJ in her junior year of high school. After a year of practice, she got her standing tuck and was invited onto their international level 5 co-ed squad. Now a cheerleader in college, Becky teaches classes like Girls Beginner, Intermediate I & II, and our newest class – Cheernastics. Her positive and energetic attitude has helped her grow into a wonderful coach and role model. |

Tara was a competitive all-around gymnast and reached Level 9 by the age of 12. She currently attends CB West and will be graduating in 2012. Her love of the sport has transitioned her from competing to coaching gymnastics. She currently coaches classes and serves as a camp leader for the summer programs. |

Helen has degrees in Theater Arts and Elementary Education. After two years of watching her boys jump, roll, and play she wanted to join the fun as well! Coaching preschool and kindergarten is a great fit. |

JESS - Class Coach |

Jessica will be graduating from Central Bucks West High School in June 2012 and is currently a member of the Central Bucks West Varsity Cheerleading squad. She is a dance captain for the squad and has also won two National Cheerleader’s Association all-American awards. She hopes to become an Elementary Education major and continue her cheerleading careerin college. Until then, Jess loves spending time at high performance coaching recreational classes. |

LYNNE - Pre School and Grade School Coach

Lynne trained as a gymnast in school and college. She has also coached at the North Penn YMCA in their gymnastics program. In addition to working at High Performance, she coaches the swim team at the Central Bucks Family YMCA and teaches Aqua Aerobics classes. |

Lisa has been a Cheerleader from the age of 5 to her junior year in high school and has been coaching Cheerleading for the last 9 years, She started her career at the Warrington Warwick Athletic Association where she coached the rec team for football and local Cheerleading competitions. Lisa went on to coach Central Bucks East High School's Cheerleading Team where they competed in local and out of state competitions as well as cheering for football and basketball for the school. Her most recent coaching position has been for the Cheerleading team at Lenape Middle School. Lisa is passionate about Cheerleading and loves to watch the girls grow as a team and have fun in the process! |

Denni was a gymnast for 10 years and learned the discipline of working hard at every practice. She then became a cheerleader for 5 years at Holicong Middle School and Central Bucks East High School. While she was a Varsity Cheerleader for CB East, Denni was a member of 6 National titles including Dayton Beach, Florida, San Diego, California, Wildwood, NJ and Ocean City, MD. Denni was the former Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Tamanend Middle school. She looks forward to an AWESOME season! |
